Registration fees and booking

*In order to obtain the special fee, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (via fax or email).

***Registration for these courses can be made separately and are not subject to congress registration. Registrants under the "Full Participants" category are entitled to free participation at these courses, however advanced registration is required.

Fees for all Congress Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the EHMTIC Congress
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception
• Coffee breaks
• Lunch on Friday 20^th, Saturday 21^st and Sunday 22^nd October.
• Entrance to the Exhibition.
• The above does not apply for participants registered for the Teaching Course only.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat. 

• Cancellations received up to 29^th June 2012 – full refund less £30 handling fee
• Cancellations received between 30^th June – 12^th August 2012 – 50% refund
• After August 12^th 2012 – no refund will be made, but substitutions will be accepted in writing at any time.
