Floor Plan
The Exhibition will be located in the Kings Suite of the London Hilton Metropole Hotel. The Poster displays and catering will also be located in this area and the floor plan has been designed to maximise advertising potential and contact with the delegates. Exhibition space is provided on a space-only basis (all areas are carpeted). All exhibition stands will be situated in the Kings Suite. The following activities will also take place in this area, thus ensuring maximum advertising potential and contact with the delegates:
- Coffee and tea breaks
- Lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Live relay of the plenary and satellite symposia to monitors in the Exhibition Area
- Welcome Reception (Friday 21 September 2012)
- Satellite Symposia hosts will be given prime-site exhibition stands.
- All Posters will be displayed in the exhibition area for the duration of the conference.
- The Cyber Café will be located in the exhibition area for the duration of the conference.
As the organisers anticipate that the majority of companies will wish to construct their own stands, the current exhibition floor plans allow for space-only exhibition stands. However, it will be possible to purchase shell-scheme exhibition stands and companies interested in this option should contact the Secretariat for further information.
Space will be allocated on a “first come, first served" basis. A completed Exhibition Booking Form and Contract should be poster / emailed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the Exhibition Booking Form and Contract, space will be confirmed and an invoice will be mailed. Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received.
