The Secretariat has secured accommodation at preferential rates in a number of hotels ranging in cost, all within easy walking distance of the Hilton London Metropole hotel. The hotel information below includes a star rating, brief description, rates for bedrooms and breakfast and all applicable taxes. It also gives information on the proximity of each hotel to the Congress venue, the Hilton London Metropole hotel.
The advertised rates are available on the 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd September 2012.Special accommodation rates are only available on bookings made directly through the conference secretariat or the conference website. Although delegates are free to book their own accommodation directly with hotels or over the internet, The Conference Collective will not be responsible for any bookings that are made through external organisations or directly with hotels.
